If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may make a return within 30 days of the original purchase date to receive a full refund of any regularly priced product. Returns attempted after 30 days are eligible to receive store credit. If we no longer carry the item you wish to return after 30 days we cannot process the return. To receive a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met: All apparel items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached. Footwear must be returned in original packaging and show minimal wear on the sole. Apothecary, grooming, and pantry products must be in original packaging, unopened and unused.
Vintage items, socks, undergarments, and open apothecary, grooming, and pantry goods are all final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Items bought on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Once we receive your order, we will quickly process an exchange or issue a refund depending on your need. Ellicott & Co is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
