W&P Design is a Brooklyn-based company founded in 2012 by Josh Williams and Eric Prum. The duo, former college roommates, combined Williams’s culinary expertise with Prum’s design background to create innovative kitchen products. The brand gained initial recognition with the launch of the Mason Shaker, a modern cocktail shaker inspired by the classic mason jar. This product was introduced alongside their self-published cocktail book, Shake, marking the beginning of W&P’s journey into both product design and publishing. In 2016, they expanded into publishing with the creation of Dovetail, a publishing company that pairs books with original products, further solidifying their presence in the food and beverage industry.
